Zenthai Shiatsu is a hands-on movement-based therapy integrating key aspects of modalities of: Traditional Chinese Medicine, Zen Shiatsu, Traditional Thai Massage and osteopathic techniques.
All treatments are aligned with your needs conducting an assessment of your body and condition using four traditional examination methods of TCM.

Yumi is a fantastic massage therapist who operates in a lovely relaxing Zenthai space. At first she took the time to understand my injury history in particular the shoulder problem I had and so she used cupping treatment on the affected area which relieved a lot of the pain.
The whole treatment was very professional and therapeutic so I would highly recommend Yumi as an excellent Zenthai and shiatsu practitioner.
